Purchased Groupon for six sessions.Called the 800 number and was treated like I was bothering her.
I had to initiate the conversation and ask the questions. She gave me a "local" number to call because they are really busy and can get me in sooner. I called the "local" number which isn't even in my area code and it was a private cell phone. Now my Groupon is going to expire and I cannot get anyone to give me service.
I've filled out the forms on line and it always routes me to Kansas - I live in New York.Does anyone know if Groupon will reimburse me for this service that I cannot seem to get?
