Verified ReviewerWould not refund my money after I cancelled appointment
I originally made an appointment on 6/28/21 and was told that it was for the whole body, which included the vibration therapy. When I got to the actual location, which was at a chiropractor's office, they told me that it was only for 2 areas.
They told me if I wanted a refund, I would have to contact the Slim Co. On 7/1/21, I contacted them and spoke with a lady named Molly. She told me that they couldn't issue me a refund directly because it had been more than 3 days and that I would need to contact my bank if I wanted one and all they had to do was reach out to them. So I contacted my bank and gave them a copy of the receipt showing that I did pay for the services.
I was told that it was cancelled because the company didn't provide proof of cancellation. On 7/24/21 I called the Slim Co. back and spoke with Molly. She told me that my bank would have to send them a cancellation form to fill out and they would send it back to my bank as proof of cancellation.
The didn't provide me an email address, only the web address, which has all of their info. The only contact info they have is a phone number, which is very hard to get through on sometimes. I have contacted my bank about this matter, but unfortunately there isn't anything they can do until the Slim Co. responds to them.
I trust that my bank has already reached out to them and even has a 10 day period for them for the to respond.
This company seems like a fraud that lied to me about the services that I was going to receive and seems to be out to get people's money. I do plan on reporting them to the BBB and even file a lawsuit against them is necessary!Do

Not so good!
The machine left my fiancé with burns all over her body! When I called Slim Co to complain about it they told me to contact the facility that did it and let them know there machine is turned up to high!
Like seriously it has left little burns all over her! Caused her some serious pains and that’s all I got! It’s been two weeks today and she still has the burns all over her!
The individual who performed the treatment apologized and I haven’t heard back from them since! I’m not happy about this one but!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Dr, does not want to see me because i got a text on a saturday morning stating there was a mix up with schedule which was understandable. I did not like that i got a text so i text back stating not professional and rather a call so now he doesnt want to see.
i reached out to person who initially scheduled me and this is the help i got
MAGGIE ARCIA:I did talk with him yesterday afternoon and he would not be able to see you at this point. Like I tried to explain to your mother yesterday its been after 3 days the system no longer has your credit card information in it. All you need to do it contact the card company you used and dispute the charge and when it comes to come I will tell them to refund it. I no longer have your card information. I am sorry about what happen and if I could just hit a button and refund it I would but its not an option. But if you do what I suggested you will get that money refunded.
**WHY WOULD I DISPUTE SOMETHING THAT SHOULD OF BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND NOT CHARGED FOR WITHOUT GETTING MY SERVICES!!!! People they dont care what u have to say do not shedule ...........t

You should demand a refund. They will have professional liability coverage that should cover incidents such as these. I would imagine even the threat of legal action would make them eager to issue a refund in order to avoid the alternative.
